Individual Consultation

I provide consultation to therapists, rooted in a Bowen Family Systems model.

I sought this type of consultation when I was starting out and it was a major force in helping me grow as a therapist and a human. It is exceptional for therapists just starting their practice because it systematically(!) addresses the nuances in how you structure your cases and your work.

For both new and experienced therapists, it helps you examine countertransference through the same lens you may teach clients to examine their transference. Therapists practicing any modality can greatly benefit from this type of consultation as it facilitates building deep trust in the therapist-client relationship, by purposefully creating the structure and self-examination at the heart of that.

For those wishing to go deeper (in order to stay ahead of their clients or simply for more growth) there is an opportunity for Therapist’s Own Family (TOF) work as well.

Cost: $200 per hour
